Approximately 30 days after each customers purchase we ask the customer to complete the short "Customer Satisfaction Survey". These customers may then visit the online survey form to rate their purchased product in the categories shown on all of the product pages.

How the ratings are tabulated
After the minimum amount of ratings are received for a specific product the accumulated ratings are totaled and averaged by the total number of reviewers.
If a product drops below 3.5 average rating for more than two months the specific product is then eliminated from our product database, thus ensuring that only the top products are offered at each Body Pain Central web site.
