When you place an order at a Body Pain Central web site you will be asked for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and payment information. This information will be handled with the most secure server and encryption technology available today as it is in transit to the Body Pain Central order processing center.

Who will receive this information
Your order will be sent directly to Myriad Health, a division of Myriad Industries Incorporated which is the parent company of Body Pain Central and the family of Body Pain Central web sites listed on the left side of this page. Once your payment information is received, your credit card information will be used to charge your order. Once payment is authorized your order will be processed and shipped the very same day as it is received.

Your information after the sale
Your personal information, including your e-mail address will not be sold or given away to any third party for any reason and your personal information will be kept on an offline database and will not be accessed until we contact you to request your feedback on the product that you have purchased. This single e-mail message is described further below.

The only time when we will contact you
A very special feature of the Body Pain Central web sites is the "Customer Satisfaction Rating" that all of the products have.  These ratings were derived from the feedback from our customers. In order to continue offering unbiased product reviews we will contact you by e-mail, usually one month after your purchase to ask you a couple questions about the product that you purchased. After this single e-mail request we will never send another e-mail message to you unless personal correspondence is absolutely necessary or if you have joined the Body Pain Central mailing list.
